Incline pushups on a horizontal bar can be a great way to ease into pushups for those who are new to them, and is also ideal for anyone doing push ups from the knees yet finding them uncomfortable. One tip for beginners is to always keep both your upper AND lower body straight, and to focus on form. To keep this exercise challenging, progressively lower the bar towards the ground to increase resistance. Soon, you'll be doing standard pushups with ease!
