Thank you Charly at for the Yummy Crepes Recipe:



  • 6 eggs, pasture raised
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk, full fat
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour, clumps removed
  • 2 teaspon coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
  • additional (about 1 tbsp) coconut oil for frying
  • Beat all ingredients together (except additional oil) until smooth. Let batter sit for a few minutes (coconut flour will absorb some liquid)
  • Heat oil for frying in crepe pan (start with about 1 tsp and add more as needed)
  • Spoon about 1/4 cup batter into center of pan and turn pan continuously until it is coated and batter has stopped "moving"
  • Flip gently (ease spatula into center of crepe) once edges start to "peel" away from pan
  • Cook 30 seconds or so on second side
  • Stack on plate until all done. Top with favorite ingredients and share with favorite people :)
  • Or freeze, and make grain free lasagna
