  • INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Medium celery root
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut-Ghee (or coconut oil or grass-fed butter)
  • Himalayan salt to taste
  •  

    • DIRECTIONS
    • Wash and peel celery root (peel can be saved for making broth :))
    • Shred/grate celery root using food processor or grater
    • Heat oil over medium heat (I love my cast iron pan for these)
    • Cover pan with grated celery root and cook for about 5 minutes before stirring.
    • Mix celery root around pan, cooking for another 5 minutes or so
    • Cook until golden brown, sprinkle with salt and serve.
    • ENJOY!!
