True transformation is EVOLUTIONARY, not REVOLUTIONARY.

I also believe that 80% of the success starts with showing up.  100% of showing up is MINDSET.  Small granular changes and rituals will make you (and me) stronger every day and consistently resolved and focused on the larger goals.  Here's how you should start every, single, day.

5 Things to REMIND yourself DAILY:

1. I am AMAZING:  

Self love is everything.  Consider what you love about yourself now.  Recite it out loud.  I am amazing because...   Showing your greatness to the world starts with believing in your greatness yourself.  

2. I can do ANYTHING

Self confidence is key.  How can you take on this mammoth of a challenge if you don't believe in your skills or capabilities.  Recite it out loud.  I can do ANYTHING, like the time I... remind yourself of the mountains you've already summited.  

3. POSITIVITY is a CHOICE

You can wake up with sunshine or with a dark cloud.  Your choice will dictate the quality of your day.  Start with gratitude.  Think about 3 things you're really, really grateful for and recite them.  Rewire your mind.  Forget about the bad stuff, its only temporary.  The good stuff, sticks.

4. I celebrate my INDIVIDUALITY

There has never been anyone like you.  There never will be anyone like you.  Outloud, recite why you're unique and special.  What makes you different.  Maybe its your generousity or consideration.  Maybe its a combination of things.  Remind yourself.  Never forget.

5. I am PREPARED to SUCCEED

Say it out loud 5 times.  You are prepared to succeed.  You are prepared to do what's necessary.  Release the power fatigue, negative relationships, food, alchohol, drugs, etc. has over you.
