For over 20 years, I've help people lose weight, build muscle, condition themselves, compete in tournaments, shows, championships, etc. What makes me unique is that I'm more than your personal trainer. I'm your coach. Every transformation is a journey I take with you. It all starts with being sick and tired of being sick and tired. Many people who start training with me are regular people who want to improve their quality of life. But then, something incredible happens. With progress, we start believing in ourselves. Soon, what started off as a quest to lose a few pounds has turned into life transformations. These changes are a derivative of positive thinking and the newly engrained discipline that started with fitness and began pollinating in all the other facets of your life. This is where we get to know each other. Where you're at, where you want to go, medical history, pertinent measurements/stats, etc. Through this due diligence process, we will be able to develop a program customized to your short term and long term goals.
Post interview, we will use objectives and stats to develop and fitness and nutrition plan for you that will prime you for optimal results. This includes recommended supplementation, exercises, supplementary videos and a comprehensive meal plan developed in collaboration with Canada's Top Nutritionists.
Sometimes its hard to stay on track. Maybe you're not seeing the progress you were expecting. Maybe you've peaked. We'll have a video conference once every couple; weeks to assess your progress, make changes, answer questions and supercharge your goal.
